Ouch!

I've always been clumsy but I've surpassed myself with my latest mishap.  That toy suitcase in the photo is made of cardboard and is as light as a feather yet I've managed to trip on it and break a toe!

Please don't send for the fashion police, but this was what I had to wear to visit the doctor - with an overcoat!!  Foot injuries are far more convenient in the summer when footwear makes allowances for swelling and bandages.

M&S came to the rescue with this pair of extra wide fitting Footglove pumps.  Comfy but probably still worthy of a fashion police caution at least!
